Ethan Group receives top honours at EMC partner awards
At a formal ceremony and partner conference, Ethan Group was awarded for ‘Overall Excellence in Hybrid Cloud’, as well as ‘Excellence in Partnering’, in recognition of its innovative approach to designing, deploying and supporting enterprise-grade IT solutions.
“It’s an honour for Ethan Group to receive these awards and is an affirmation of our strong track-record in delivering successful cloud solutions for organisations globally,” said Tony Geagea, Ethan Group co-Founder and Executive Director.
While the EMC Business Partner Program Awards are based on business performance, the ‘EMC Partner Conference’ has industry peers judge companies for ‘Excellence in Partnering’.
During the conference Ethan Group was awarded for its work with EMC in delivering a significant upgrade supporting the expansion of a renowned Australian transport and infrastructure company.
Mark Fioretto, EMC’s general manager for telecommunications, service providers and alliances, A/NZ, acknowledged Ethan Group’s exceptional work on blue-chip accounts. “Ethan Group was able to earn customers’ trust having deployed the technology for its own successful cloud solution; one which integrates with clients’ own cloud environments”.
Ethan Group has a proven track record delivering real value to Australian and internationally recognised organisations. Its reputation for excellence is especially strong in the cloud, having invested millions of dollars building a best-of-breed environment and suite of components to help companies make the transition to the cloud of their choosing; public, private or hybrid.
This reputation in the industry has seen Ethan Group - a former BRW Fastest 100 winner and an MIS Strategic 100 - experience a period of rapid growth, winning several significant contracts in Australia and overseas since the inception of cloud.
“Ethan Group is in one of its most exciting phases as more organisations realise the unique level of understanding, innovation and support we bring to helping companies meet the challenges of today’s evolving business environment,” noted Geagea.
Alister Dias, Vice President and Managing Director EMC ANZ attributed much of the storage giant’s success in 2014 to that of its leading partners such as Ethan Group.
“Ethan Group has proved itself to be a key partner for EMC, having earned distinction in terms of technical innovation, but also by providing extremely high levels of engagement with us and the end customer.”
“This is critically important in helping organisations transition to the cloud.”
